At Sarvajana Stores, we aim to deliver only fresh and high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive an item that isn’t up to standard, we’re here to help.


🥦 Returns Policy

We accept returns only for perishable or damaged items delivered incorrectly or in poor condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared via WhatsApp or Email.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Damaged or spoiled items at the time of delivery
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order canceled before dispatch

Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days to your original payment method or wallet, depending on your mode of payment.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits (unless damaged at delivery)
  • Opened grocery packages
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
