We accept returns only for perishable or damaged items delivered incorrectly or in poor condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must inform us within 2 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared via WhatsApp or Email.
Once verified, weβll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Damaged or spoiled items at the time of delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- Order canceled before dispatch
Refunds will be initiated within 2β3 business days to your original payment method or wallet, depending on your mode of payment.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Fresh vegetables and fruits (unless damaged at delivery)
- Opened grocery packages
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
