1. What are your store hours?

We are open every day from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can place orders anytime during these hours.

2. Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver only within the Pappampatti region and nearby areas of Coimbatore.

3. What is the delivery time?

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM → Same-Day Delivery
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM → Next-Day Delivery

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Online payments (UPI, Paytm, other gateways)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. Can I return fresh vegetables or grocery items?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or spoiled items delivered incorrectly. Fresh vegetables and groceries cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery.

For bulk orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or Phone. We provide special wholesale pricing for orders above 3 kg or as per your requirement.

8. How will I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. You’ll also get a notification when your order is out for delivery.
